Our Rapid Youth program is a safe, fun and energetic fitness class that uses a combination of skills practice, workouts and fitness games to build strength and conditioning in kids.
Rapid Youth makes fitness fun! From the beginner to the young athlete, teaching consistency and quality of movement is our key focus. Our program is designed to build fundamental skills such as balance, coordination, speed, agility as well as improving fitness, strength and confidence. Rapid Youth can compliment or offer an alternative to other sports and training programs.
Our Rapid Youth class is programmed to accommodate both our Juniors & Seniors – they train together two days per week in one group session, and have their own specific session one day per week. Our combined sessions run for 60 minutes and the Rapid Juniors only session runs for 45 minutes. Refer to our schedule for current class times.
Rapid Juniors is suitable for kids aged from 9-12 yrs.
Rapid Seniors is suitable for teens aged from 13+yrs.
Our program places a strong focus on education of movement with technique and safety placed above weight-loading. Weight loading is only used when age and ability allow.
We offer term rates, aligned with the school term or casual drop in rates to allow flexibility.
Subject to enrollment numbers we offer a Rapid Kids session for 6-9yr olds during the school term. This class has a strict minimum & maximum number in order to ensure the class is fun and safe. Please contact us to find out more information or to see if the class is currently running.
