What’s your goal? Get there faster with Accelerate!
Starting with a one-on-one consult, we will refine your goal and provide you with a 6 week training plan to help you get there faster. Designed as an addition to your regular CrossFit training, ‘Accelerate’ programming can be worked on your own during Open Gym sessions, or before/after class (check with the coach first).
> One-on-One consult to discuss your goal (approx 15mins)
> Tailored accessory programming specific to your goal (designed to be completed in 6 weeks)
> Run through of program with your coach & follow up after 2 weeks (approx 30mins)
