CrossFit Coach & Personal Trainer //
I’ve been involved in the fitness industry since 2008, and can happily say there is nothing else I would rather be doing! Helping people become better, faster, stronger versions of themselves is the most rewarding part of my job.
I was introduced to CrossFit in 2012, and like many was instantly hooked by the varied and challenging workouts. And after having to give up my hockey career due to injury, CrossFit also provided the high intensity fix that I had been missing. Since then I’ve loved watching the CrossFit training methodology get bigger and better, as well as the sport that has been created from it.
After two years away living in the UK and Europe, and a few commercial gyms behind me, I am happy to have found my feet with the Rapid crew. The coaches commitment to form and technique, and the awesome member atmosphere makes me proud to be part of the team!
