Our Yoga session is the perfect compliment to your training.
This is a Hatha Yoga practice and incorporates breath, asana (postures) and relaxation. Clare’s particular interest is in the application of yoga to support wellbeing and function. Participating in classes will give you the opportunity to slow down in order to develop awareness of your patterns and habits and the possibility of developing new (and constantly developing) patterns.
Through regular Yoga practice you’ll benefit from improved range of movement and a calming of the mind. Improve your flexibility, body alignment, structure and stability aiding in prevention of muscle and joint degeneration, and aches and pains.
