Rapid Intro is a 2 week program where you will learn the foundational movements of CrossFit.

This is the ideal starting point for anyone, regardless of fitness level or age. With training sessions 3 times per week (and an optional 4 crossfit sessions over the two week period), you will really get to know us, how we work, meet our amazing community, and see what the lifestyle is all about. The advantage of our program is that we scale workouts to suit individual ability, so you’ll be challenged without being overwhelmed and start seeing great results fast!
Sessions Times: (2 weeks)
We will do our best to accommodate you if the Intro times don’t suit.
*Please note, sessions outside of the above times, make up sessions or late cancellations (less than 24hrs) are charged at an additional $20 per session.
