Through coaching and incremental load assignment, CrossFit has been able to teach anyone who can care for themselves to perform safely and with maximum efficacy the same movements typically utilised by professional coaches.

According to the Oxford Dictionary, an athlete is “a person who is trained or skilled in exercises, sports, or games requiring strength, agility, or stamina.” At Rapid CrossFit we are more concerned with your overall health and ability. We want you to get out there and enjoy your life.
