At Rapid CrossFit, we are not going to leave you on treadmill, or a bike with a book to read, we are going to make the time you donate to exercise work for you. Our workouts are intense and fun, they will challenge you and your body to do things you never dreamt possible. When you workout you will be required to be mentally alert, present and focused. We will challenge your co-ordination, agility, stamina, strength, speed, endurance and flexibility. Our training goal is to help you achieve improvements in all areas of fitness.

We use exercises that place large demands on your nervous system, bodyweight exercises to challenge you and exercises that make you strong and agile to handle anything life throws at you. Our trainers do not consider age or ability obstacles, they are just considered starting points (some people use these as excuses but we know everyone can improve their health with individual programmes). Our end in mind is the same for all, fitter, stronger, more functional individuals. A healthier, happier community is definitely our ultimate intention.

 

Unlike most gyms and personal trainers, we do not want you to become reliant on us. We would rather teach you how to achieve your goals, we hope to encourage this state of independence through positive motivational and educational experiences.
