CrossFit Intro is a 4 week program with training sessions 3 times per week. You will learn the foundational movements of CrossFit and how to combine them into a simple and incredibly effective workout.

This is an ideal starting point for anyone, regardless of fitness level – the great thing about our program is that we scale all our workouts to suit individual ability, so you’ll be challenged without being overwhelmed, and will start seeing great results fast!

Cost for the 4 week Intro program is $250, with training sessions available Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am, and Saturday at 9.30am.
