WHAT WE DO
Rapid CrossFit is a fast, fun and varied core strength and conditioning system that combines weightlifting, sprinting, and gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, and medicine ball training.
They are part of our design. These natural movements influence the exercises included in CrossFit workouts.
As our program involves running, rowing, jumping rope and carrying odd objects, frequently moving large loads quickly over long distances, and using powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting techniques. CrossFit athletes also use dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, kettlebells, and many bodyweight exercises.
CrossFit is used in nearly 12,000 gyms worldwide and by many fire departments, law enforcement agencies, and military organisations as part of their standard fitness regime.
